Mandatory Training Requirements
All staff must complete the following mandatory training before working independently with clients.
Safeguarding Adults & Children
Comprehensive safeguarding training covering recognition, reporting, and response for both adult and child protection.
Basic Life Support
Practical first aid and emergency response training, including CPR and use of defibrillators.
Safe Medication Administration
Full training in safe handling, administration, and recording of medications via our eMAR system.
Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism — ensuring our team delivers truly inclusive care.
Governance & Verification Pipeline
